Primesource is a consulting firm with the mission of providing our clients with those few experts that make the biggest difference in achieving successful digital transformations.
We were founded in 2009 with roots in large and complex change programs in which technology was both the success factor and the greatest risk. We have since grown and evolved to an organization that ensures valuable impact based on best practices and deep insight.
In addition to our consulting staff, who all have at least ten years of hands-on experience with difficult digital transformation work; we are a gold member of The Open Group and an Accredited Consulting Partner with Axelos. We combine individual and institutional certification in these organizations’ thought capital with a pragmatic approach.
We employ an integrative approach to resolving our client’s issues.
- Best practice and established standard within project management, program management, and portfolio management. We are, among other qualifications, licensed by Axelos to administer P3M3® maturity assessments
- Architectural approach to solution design at all levels from highly technical infrastructure design to overall enterprise architecture. Our consultants are TOGAF-certified and have hands-on experience with putting architectural principles into work.
- Agile methods for the overall change effort, including an orientation toward Scrum and Devops. We are particularly interested in integrating agility at the product level with architectural discipline at the system and enterprise levels.
- Industry expertise and innovation, particularly within the healthcare provider, financial services, telecommunications, and essential societal infrastructure sectors.
